No, right now we are not offering lifetime plan with one-time payment.

Is there any discount on renewal if i purchase Annual plan?

No! There is no discount on renewal for license subscriptions.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes we do! If you’re not satisfied with our product then you can directly ping us on our chat board.

Do I get updates for the plugin?

Yes! Automatic updates are available free of charge to all users with a valid license key.

What is a “site”?

In our pricing above, a “site” refers to the number of WordPress websites you can use our products.

Do you offer support if I need help?

Yes! Top-notch customer support is key for a quality product, so we’ll do our very best to resolve any issues you encounter via our ticket system from your account.

What currency is your pricing listed in?

Our prices are listed in US Dollars.

Do you offer a trial?

We don’t offer a trial but we do have a 14 Day Refund Policy. A refund can be granted if you are within the first 14 days of the original purchase of the product. For more details kindly check Terms and Condition

Do I need to renew my license?

Your license key is valid for one year (Annual plan) from the purchase date. You need an active license key for continued access to automatic updates and support.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, your subscription for a Personal, Plus or Professional license can be cancelled at anytime from your account page. You will retain access to support and updates until your license key expires, one year from the purchase date.

Can I upgrade my license?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your license from your account page.

I don’t want a subscription

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no subscription.
