LICENSING

1 Year of Updates & Support, on purchase of any product. After 1 Year, renew product manually at 50% of the price for further updates and support or keep using the product without renewal. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased Product(s).

Developer License: 1 Time Payment, Lifetime Updates, 1 Year Support.

SOFTWARE UPDATES

After 1 year is completed, the customer/buyer must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. There is no auto-renewal and customer/buyer need to renew their license key after 1 year manually under checkout page. License keys may be renewed at a 50% discount of the price.

If you are having valid Developer License its means: 1 Time Payment, Lifetime Updates, 1 Year Support.

E-mail reminder will be send to you for license expiry and re-newel of license.

SUPPORT SERVICES

Support for purchased Product(s) is given up to one year. You can expect a response within 1 Working Day.

Support Includes
  • Responding to questions or problems regarding the theme or plugin’s features
  • Fixing bugs and reported issues of our products
  • Providing updates for the most popular plugins to ensure compatibility with new software versions
Does NOT Include
  • Theme or plugin Customization
  • Requests that require Custom Coding
  • Support for 3rd party plug-ins

REFUNDS

If you are having any problem getting product to work, you must give us to chance to solve any problem you have by initiating an e-mail to support@wponlinesupport.com or raise a support ticket from My Account. If we also cannot make our product work, will be happy to provide a full amount refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given.

NOTE: refunds will not be approved if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our Products and will assist you in solving any queries you have, but we also expect you to genuinely understand what you are purchasing and why.

When a refund does not need to be given

  • The item did not meet your expectations. Please check plugin DEMO before you buy. You can ask us Pre Sale question before buy.
  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it.
  • You simply change your mind.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item. We stand behind our Products and will assist you in solving any queries you have.
  • You ask for goodwill.
