1. Product Licensing and Support
A) Licensing and Automatic Updates:
1 Year of automatic updates on purchase of Annual Plans product and Lifetime automatic updates on purchase of Lifetime Plans product. After 1 Year, auto renewal of product(Annual Plans) at 20% of the price for further updates. E-mail reminder will be send to you for license expiry and auto renewal of license. You may cancel your Annual Plans subscription at any time from your account on our website and keep using the product without renewal. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates for purchased Product(s).
B) Support :
Support for purchased Product(s) is given up to one year. You can expect a response within 1 Working Day.
a) Support Includes:
- Responding to questions or problems regarding the theme or plugin’s features.
- Fixing bugs and reported issues of our products.
- Providing updates for the most popular plugins to ensure compatibility with new software versions.
b) Does Not Include under free support (If you need our help, kindly purchase our Pro support):
- Theme or plugin Customization.
- Requests that require Custom Coding.
- Support for 3rd party plug-ins.
2. Product Delivery
After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your license key is available in your account area along with your product downloads. You can download the product by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the product and clicking on the appropriate link.
Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through https://www.wponlinesupport.com/support-for-you/ to request your purchase information.
Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
3. Refund Policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. We also expect you to genuinely understand what you are purchasing and why.
If you would like to request a refund, please open a “Refund Request” support ticket from your account. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
A) When a refund can be granted:
A refund can be granted if you are within the first 15 days of the original purchase of the plugin. We cannot grant refunds after the first 15 days of the original purchase.
If you are having any problem getting product to work, you must give us to chance to solve any problem ( so we can improve the plugin in the future) by initiating an e-mail to email@example.com or raise a support ticket from My Account section. If we are not able to fix your issue(s), we will happily consider your refund request.
B) When a refund does not need to be given:
- The item did not meet your expectations. Please check plugin DEMO before you buy. You can ask us Pre Sale question before buy.
- You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it.
- You simply change your mind.
- You bought an item by mistake.
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item. We stand behind our Products and will assist you in solving any queries you have.
- Technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- You ask for goodwill.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of downloadable products, we cannot offer refunds on digital purchases. However, if you have a technical issue that we are unable to fix, then we are more than happy to provide a refund within 15 days of your purchase. However please allow us to try and fix your issue before asking for a refund.
C) Renewal Payments:
We can not grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 3 months prior and 2 weeks prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription from your account before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
5. Registration Rules for User Conduct and Use of the Service
If you are a user who signs up for the Service, will create a personalized account, which includes a unique username and a password to access the Service and to receive messages from the Company. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password and/or account. We can only try and bring the solution to client in the time as fast as possible. In any event shall company be not liable for any kind of expectancy of damages due to claim of services of lesser quality or not on time.
