I use WP FAQ Pro for an awards website. I love the ease of use and options it provides. Basic installation is a breeze, but I also appreciate that I can customize things they way I want.
Just as important, though, is the customer support provided with the plugin. I wrote some custom code that “broke” the plugin. (That’s what I get for being a poor coder.) I created a support ticket, and the team patiently identified possible causes of the problem. After a couple messages back and forth, WPOnlineSupport identified the error and told me how to fix it. They were patient and kind throughout the entire process.
