QSG’s mission was to streamline the distribution of webinar (Zoom) meeting links and event details to their customers through order details on their WordPress website. Additionally, they required a seamless process for exporting and sharing the attendee lists for each event with their clients.
Diving into the Challenge
When our web development agency took on this project, we knew it wouldn’t be as easy as a walk in the park. QSG hosts various types of events, each with its own set of requirements for storing and retrieving Zoom meeting URLs and other essential information. Extracting these details posed a significant challenge.
Furthermore, exporting the attendee list three days before an event’s start date and sharing it via email was another hurdle we had to overcome. Our team of experienced web developers rolled up their sleeves and got to work, determined to deliver a comprehensive solution.

To address the first challenge, our developers crafted custom code to retrieve Zoom meeting URLs and other event details seamlessly. We leveraged third-party integrations to ensure that live Zoom URLs were always available, providing a seamless experience for QSG’s customers.
For the second task, we developed a robust functionality that allowed us to export event-specific attendee lists in CSV format. We then integrated custom code to automatically send these lists via email, ensuring timely delivery three days before each event.
To further enhance the user experience, our website designing agency customized the Automate Woo plugin on QSG’s WordPress child theme, seamlessly integrating our new functionalities into their existing platform.
